TURBOSMART Hyper-Gate 45mm External Wastegate Gen V

The GenV WG45 HyperGate45 External Wastegate is a highly effective 45mm external wastegate that has been extensively tested in Motorsport. It offers exceptional thermal performance, fatigue resistance, and flow performance, making it the top choice for long-lasting control. Designed with user configuration in mind, the GenV underwent a complete overhaul with the exception of its mounting orientation from the Gen4 range. In-house CFD optimization and validation ensure maximum flow and efficient thermal management, setting the GenV apart from other wastegates. Compatible with all Gen4 Turbosmart wastegates, it features a unique collar-locking system, a variable actuator cap and base, and the option to easily route reference hoses in any direction. The included strap-type Vband clamps, optional liquid-cooling provision, and 1/8″ NPT reference ports are complemented by a wide range of available springs.

What is in the Box?

The product features a GenV Wastegate Unit including all necessary springs, a GenV SS316 Valve seat, inlet and outlet V-Band Clamps and Flanges, mounting bolts and nuts, a master/slave collar tool, and 4 1/8" NPT plugs (1 installed). Additionally, 2 1/8" NPT nipples and a Turbosmart Decal are included.
