Kiggly 6-bolt 1G/7-Bolt 2G Flexplate, - SFI 29.1

The Kiggly 6-bolt 1G/7-Bolt 2G Flexplate, - SFI 29.1 is designed for high horsepower applications. It is stiffer and thicker than the stock flexplate, which helps load the bolts more purely in shear and prevent them from becoming loose. For even higher horsepower levels, it is recommended to use an 8-bolt system like the one offered by Precision Industries. A 7-bolt flexplate will also be released in early 2012 for the upcoming racing season.

• Includes bolt patterns for 1g and 2g torque conveters
• Allows use of 8 bolts with a converter modified to accept 8 bolts
• Thicker and Stiffer design helps keep bolts tight in high power applications
• May require rear cover lower flange edges trimmed
• Inspection cover will no longer fit
• SFI 29.1 Approved

PLEASE NOTE:

• 2G only, does NOT fit 1g transmission to 7-bolt engine
• Allows for use with aftermarket 8 bolt torque converters
